- Between go-signals and stop-signals, Saburo's expectations of love grow. Rika toys with him, wondering how far he is conscious of her. Emi, who knowingly or unknowingly says nothing. By depicting the tension in the less-than-triangular relationship in a leisurely and fluffy manner, the film succeeds in summing up the game played by the three in a classy manner.
